The Real Talk Ministry, founded by First Lady Doreen Roberts, is a sub-group of Ramah Christian Center that focuses on the emotional, mental, and physiological health of the individual through targeted group sessions and conferences.

Who we REAL-LY are

“Real Talk” was birthed out of Ramah Christian Center’s Women’s Ministry, and was created in November of 2014 by our visionary and founder, First Lady Doreen Roberts. “Real Talk” provides a platform for women to discuss real life issues and fosters a safe and welcoming environment to protect the needs of our members

Topic discussions, include the following but are not limited to: sexual and emotional abuse, neglect, rejection, abandonment, depression, soul ties, generational curses, sex, self-esteem/self-image, and other related topics.

Additionally, we conduct our Annual Healed 4 Real Women’s Conference. Since its inception in 2015, the conference is designed to bring about inner healing amongst women and equip them with the tools needed to overcome the effects of abuse and other related issues.

A Real Vision

To facilitate discussions within other faith-based institutions and communities across the nation. Real Talk will serve as a model within churches and communities.

The Real Reason

Isaiah 61:1-2 – “The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound; To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn”.
